Prebuilt Structures

Free delivery within 30 miles.

Many sized of our quality buildings are available completely prebuilt at our location in Sugarcreek, Ohio and delivered to your yard by one of our professionals.

Carry Charges

Since every building site is different, one of the challenges of construction is how close to the building site we can drive to.

For your convenience, we include a fifty foot carry allowance in the pricing for buildings 14’-16’ wide. For buildings 8’-12’, we include one hundred feet free.

Over those distances the crew will charge $1.00 per foot over the allowed distance.
