This arrived today very poorly packaged, with both boxes being broken, and the stainless chain we paid extra for loose in the box and tangled with the pieces. The pieces should have been wrapped so that they could not scratch each other, and so that they did not break their boxes. The holes in the arm pieces were all drilled 1/4, when indeed two of them needed to accommodate 5/16 bolts. Now have to wait until Berlin gardens opens in the morning for instructions as to how I am supposed to get the arms drilled properly. Having paid $900 with the chain, and waited 8 weeks for it to arrive, this should not be so poorly treated by its manufacturer, and I should not have to be drilling the holes to put it together.
I am very disappointed.
3/28/2021 Berlin Gardens was quick to remedy the defect (holes too small for some bolts) and now I have the swing up and am extremely happy with it.
Great two seat swing. Very comfortable and love the material. It was a little challenging to put together but it was worth it in the end.
Awesome swing. Great quality. Only complaint was the stainless chain was a little short for my porch.
