- All Built on Site prices include carrying structure from the street to the site, not to exceed 150 Feet.
- Excessive distance, carry up/down steps will incur additional charges, see excessive carry charges.
- Building over objects such as a hot tub or outdoor kitchen, etc. will incur an additional charge of $350
- Custom heights 12′ and above the standard overall heights will incur a 10% Up-Charge for Built-on-Site
