Product shipped in 3 boxes that were well packaged. No damage in shipment & all parts were received. Even contained spare hardware pieces just in case. The Assembly Instructions were better than the PDF downloadable version but were still not as clear as it should be. Once assembled it looks & operates as described. Excellent Glider Swing!
