I am very happy with the product. One chair was missing a couple of screws in the original shipment. A call to customer service took care of that. The missing screws arrived in the mail in a couple of days. Thank you Ashley for your prompt action on this.

Been looking for an Adirondack chair that I can get in and out of! Finally found it here! Bought two of these, they are perfect! I recommend these to anyone with a bad knee or hip, as they sit much higher up than the other kind. The cost was reasonable because they came with a lifetime warranty! Can't beat that!
