These chairs are just what we were looking for. One piece was messed up, called and they had a replacement part on the way. These people are great to work with. We will be ordering more stuff from them.

I had done a lot of research before pulling the trigger to buy. It’s exactly as described. I just wish they used better hardware that did not strip so easily so one could use a power drill to make building easier. But if one uses the more time consuming Allen wrench, the hardware is fine enough.

Handsome chaises, but needed extra equipment and time to make it work

These are handsome chaises and look great once put together, but we needed a saw to shorten the metal support bar which splayed the legs wider that the poly wood length. It took some engineering, but we do love them now.

Tough to put together, but…

Once done, the chaise lounges are great, but the tools provided and the location of the hardware sites made for a wrist turning adventure. A bit tougher than anticipated.
